Nothing like the ocean to clear your mind of inland head fog . . .
I walked for miles but still didn't get it out of my system . . .
Looking back there was no one following me anymore. No wonder she didn't find those beach treasures.
Now you know why she didn't find the sand dollar, handwoven necklace and ring.
Look close enough and you can see what she finds more interesting in that book than the scenery. When I left her on the beach she was in her "see a little more" outfit. She said that she got tired of all the attention.

You remind me of Grandpa. He always loves to look at the scenery. I'll have to think about what I would be doing...reading or looking at the scenery. That all depends on if my children were with me. If they were, we'd be making sandcastles and burying each other!
By the way-- next time you go to a thrift store, could you look for Cub Scout shirts? I need Cub Scouts shirts for boys in my ward as well as leader shirts.
